Sales: a system, not a hero

Business programme · for leadership and sales teams · 4–6 months.

In many B2B companies, sales depend on one or two people – the CEO or the best salesperson. As long as that's true, revenue swings up and down and growth is hard, because nobody really knows what works and why.

The programme builds a fully functioning sales team with targets, metrics and a clear sales process. Together we hire and onboard the team, plan B2B campaigns, set up a sales funnel in your CRM and introduce a daily and weekly rhythm.

A key part is market response: what you learn from conversations with real prospects flows back into product development. I close the first deals alongside the team and mentor it until it can run on its own.

How we build the sales system

Sales system cycle: campaign plan, outreach and CRM, discovery calls, pipeline and metrics, negotiation and deals, market response

01

Team

Hiring → Onboarding → Mentoring
  • Hiring through real work tasks, not just interviews
  • Onboarding into the product, ICP and sales process
  • Mentoring on live deals until the team stands on its own
02

Campaigns and funnel

Campaign plan → Outreach and CRM → Pipeline
  • ICP, pains, value proposition, qualification and pricing
  • Funnel stages defined by buyer commitments
  • Lead generation agencies and marketing when needed
03

Rhythm and results

Metrics → Stand-ups → Contracts
  • Activity and outcome metrics, pipeline health
  • Daily and weekly stand-ups
  • First contracts – and market response fed into the product

Is this for you?

  • Sales depend on the CEO or a single salesperson, so growth is hard.
  • Campaigns go out, but their results can't be measured or repeated.
  • You want to build or rebuild a sales team, but don't yet have the process or the experience.
